Bill for Texas

The purpose of this bipartisan bill is to make the citizens of Texas feel well protected and safer in the event if a dangerous situation. After Sandy Hook, Texas school districts should have policies allowing people affiliated with the US security to carry guns on school grounds. There should be atleast 2 officers allowed to carry the weapons. In case of an emergency situation on school grounds, the use do guns should be the last resort. However, state registration of firearms are required, and there should be limits on type. A foid should be mandatory for the officers to carry. There is should be mandatory gun registry in the state of Texas. Background checks should be held before confirmation of registry.
